Usually our MOQ is upon your spools type,different spools with different MOQ. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2) Can I get samples ?

According to spool model and material ,we will advice.

3) How long is the sample LEAD TIME? 
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If no stock,we will advice lead time.

4) How much is the freight charge?

 It depends on spool package volume,

if  small qty,volume and urgent goods,we may provide dhl or other couriers’ charge for your check.
if volume bigger and by seaway suitable,we provide FOB or CIF price to you.

5) What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own mould workshop and can provide spool or other plastic product developping and injection service.

 You can provide JPG, PDF,dwg files for check.
